So I found out at the beginning of may that I am expecting little boy number 3 and had my first name already chosen for him..but I am so stuck on a middle name..I want it to mean something for instance my Older two sons are Ethan William and Alexander James..William was my grandpa and James id my father..My daughter also Shares my middle name which was also my mothers and my grandmothers..So..My son will be named Jude..but how do I pick a middle name..I was hoping to be able to use a name from my husbands side of the family but nothing fits.. His middle name is Lee, His fathers Name is John..so obviously if we use Lee he'll sound like Bruce Lee..LOL..and if we use John he'll have a double J name..ahhh.. HELP!

John has a LOT of other names that have been derived from it, so you could pick from those to keep the spirit.

According to Wikipedia, here are some names derived from John:

Sean
Ivan
Hans
Ian
Giovanni
Evan

My personal favorite there is Sean- goes great with Jude and even kind of sounds like John.

What about maiden names on your husband's side? Any of those usable?
You could always play off the LEE and use Leeland/Leelan, Leevy, Leander, Leo

I really like Jude Evan (as someone else suggested, it's a derivative of John). I also like the idea of using another "lee" name. Or how about a male version of a female name from your or his side?
