i know erin and aaron are too different names but they are pronounced pretty much identical. when you hear the name erin/aaron, do you think male or female? imho i think aaron/male when i hear the name erin/aaron

I actually pronounce these differently...Aaron with a hard "A" sound (like in "apples) and Erin with an "eh" sound...if that makes any sense

Erin-female

When I see them I think Aaron boy and Erin girl,,, but if I just hear the name I think girl because here at least that name is more popular for a girl.
