I like it even though I probably would not use it myself. I like the Stephen spelling better.

Too over used in my generation... However if it were a Steven Junior it is an OK name just not fresh or bright

To me I think the opposite. Yes it is common in middle aged men but you never here it in little boys. It becomes unique now.
