I LOVE the name...just not the nickname.

I have a cousin whose name was Becky but for some reason she was always called Sissy. Now she is a grown woman in her 30's and people still call her Sissy or Sis. She hates it.

I like the full name, especially the spelling for "Aileen". It's very pretty, and nice that it's after your sister. I'm not a fan of the nickname "Sissy" though. It's just not my style. It seems very "young" and not something someone would necessarily like once they got older. I prefer the nn's "Cece" or "Celia".

I like Celia alright I just feel that's it's 'long' for a nickname. but CeCe because of a personal association I hate it.

My nieces call each other Sissy, and it's endearing but I agree that it's young. I just think Cece is so cute! And Celia is very pretty - I like it on it's own and as a NN.
