My husband and I are just starting trying to concieve. No positive test yet, however, I've been thinking about baby names for a very long time.

Recenently I thought about the name Ada, (with a long A for pronouncing it).

For middle names I have two options.

Ada Ann
Ada Kay

What do you guys think?

I love Ada. Adah with an H was on my list for a long time. DH nixed it for some reason though.

I like Ada Ann better than Ada Kay I think... not a strong feeling though. They are both good. Which one would make a better monogram or initials with your last name?

I like Ada, I feel it needs a longer middle name though. Out of the ones you listed I prefer Ann

I think Ada Ann flows, though I like the idea of a longer, more flowery name to go with Ada since it's very old/traditional, but cute.

Kay is my mother's name, and she is my rock. (besides my husband that is). However, Ann is my great-grandmother, grandmother, mother, and mine middle name, so I wasn't sure if I should carry on the tradition??

ITA. But between the two I prefer how it sounds with Kay.
