I've also heard it as H-AH-vi-air if that's an option for you. Of the two you've listed, I would pronounce it Zavier

Zavier b/c the X is generally pronounced with a Z unless it's alone like X-ray. But can see it going both ways. I've had a lot of people ask about Xander and I couldn't imagine saying Ex-ander.

Most would pronounce it Zavier. If you don't want to correct people forever, I would avoid the name.

I have also heard it both ways. I think I have heard it more commonly as Ex-Zavier but I really like Zavier as well

Ex-avier. It's our nephews name. I think people go with how you pronounce your child's name. So if you want it said Zavier pronounce it that way or ex-avier. Either way if you love the name go for it.
