I don't like it on a girl or a boy. Charsley would be a better name with the NN Charlie, IMO.

It's OK. I'm so used to it as Charlie for a boy.

I just had a little girl in April and her name is Charlee Elizabeth. She is named after daddy, grandpa and grandma. I get a lot of comments on her name. Everyone thinks its really cute and something different. The name fits her perfect. I love the name and spelling, so I say go for it !!
