I think it is different and pretty. I don't think I would use it as a first name, but maybe as a middle.

NMSAA. Ingrid has a strong, specific cultural sound to it that I just can't get past.

I put it right up there with names like Olga. Totally NMS, however if I had a relative or someone significant in my life that I was naming baby after, it would be a fine middle name.
