I'm looking for more name suggestions if anyone is willing. I feel like I've gone through so many names. DH is very picky and doesn't offer suggestions, either. He likes for the name to have nickname potential and generally likes nn ending in the long e sound. The middle name will be Diane or Dianna after his late mother.

We do have 3 DD but I named them with my exH not this husband. They aren't names this DH would have chosen. Their first names are Annelise (after my grandmother Anna Lisa), Emmeline (female version of Emil, my brother and grandfather) and Vivienne (a V name like my middle name, which is the name I use)

Maybe names we'll take to the hospital, as of this minute.
Lillian (nn. Lillie) DH sort of like Lillie
Catherine - The one name DH likes. (nn would be Cat, NOT Cathy)
Lorelei (nn. Laura or Lori) He likes that there is meaning behind Laura as nn but doesn't like Lorelei but I won't use Laura as a given name.
Audrey -He could live with this name, maybe.

meh list
Melody
Alison
Alice
Lucy

no list
Miriam - my mother and his grandmother but all he hears in his mind is Grandmother correcting him when he was little
Caroline
Susannah (cousin)
Beatrice
Olivia
Delainey
Bethany
Adrienne
Marilyn -no
Winifred -no
Jillian -no
Linnea -no
Kiera/Kira
Kersten/Kirsten
Michaela -no
Abigail (no cousin)
Sophia -no
Victoria -no
Isabella (has Aunt Belle)
Julia/Juliette -no
Laurel -no
Elizabeth
Josephine -no
Rosetta
Isadora
Ariel
Elisa -no
Cordelia
Gywneth -no
Penelope
Rosalie -not a big fan Rose names. Sounds like for an old lady
Lila
Clara - no
Carin -no
Daria
Magdalene
Aurora
Muriel
Abilene
Alessandra

Thanks, I like Scarlet, Odessa and Thea. I'll add them to the list to ask DH. I have to catch in the right mood to ask about names.

Thanks, I love Lucia but DH really dislikes it, even if we only used Lucy as the nn. DH knew an Elizabeth who vomited into her hand and he brings it up every time I say Elizabeth. So, that name belongs to "barf girl." Sadie, Charlotte, Adeline, Camilla, Evangeline are taken by family or a really close variant of the name.

I added Grace and Amelia.

I'm a bit partial to this name but what about Lucinda nn Lucy? I think it goes great with your other 3 dd's names. There are other nn for Lucinda as well. We use Lucy for dd but I often call her Lu. I've heard other people use Cindy, Cinda or Linda as well.

Thanks, I really like Lucinda but DH didn't go for it.

I'm glad he's "okay" with Audrey. He already said no to Olivia and Delainey. He made up word plays with those names but I didn't want to post them in case it was someone's DD's name and hurt their feelings.

Eleanor is a "maybe" right now with Ella, Ellie or Nora as a nn.

I'm glad Charlotte keeps coming up. I love it but it's a DD's, Vivienne, middle name.
