I have friends who named their daughter Carsen Rae , a family surname plus all the girls on the dad's side have Rae in their names. I didn't care for it, Carsen is too boyish IMO but now I'm used to it. It's better than what they were going to call her originally, which was Draven Rae!

I think the name Carsen is really cute for a girl even though it is really more of a boy's name in my opinion. I don't like it paired with Olivia or Ann.

I like the name. Although we are probably done having children, I suggested if we do have anymore and we would have a boy to name him Carson. But I think its cute for a girl also.

I like it. It was on our list of possible for both daughters. We were considering Carson Melissa but I like Olivia too.

i also think a more feminine spelling would be carsyn or karsyn - with a single syllabel middle name
carsyn jade maybe?
