Hey i've been really into the names.. trying to find something in between unique and normal lol
So here's a few that SO and i have agreed on for the most part. Let me know what you think so we can knock some off!!

Girls:
Tegan > love this, but want to spell it different than Tegan or Teagan.. help?
Delaney
Monica
Elizabeth
Ayley
Lorelei > Lorelye, probably
Leyton
Hadley

Boys:
Holden
Asher > has been a favourite, one of my friends may use it before i get a chance, though
Declan
Talan
Nathan
Sawyer
Seven > is this pushing it?
Keiran > other spellings??

They're kind of all over the place for the time being
Any other suggestions would be welcome, too.. very much so!!

Tegan--I have only seen it spelled Teagan. Hmmm...Maybe Teighan?
Delaney--I think this is a cute name
Monica-NMS
Elizabeth-- classic girls name, have to like it!
Ayley--NMS; I like Hayley better
Lorelei--I like this name but not the Lorelye spelling
Leyton--don't like this
Hadley--don't like this

Boys:
Holden--OK; NMS
Asher -- Love this name; if you love it I would claim it in front of your friend and still use it no matter what
Declan--NMS
Talan--NMS
Nathan--NMS
Sawyer--cute name
Seven > is this pushing it?--This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode. I think it's a little out there for a name
Keiran -- this is a little too girly for my taste in boys names

Tegan - love this too - i like it spelled Teagan

Monica - nms
Elizabeth - nms
Ayley - its cute
Lorelei > Lorelye, probably - cute cute cute name, dont care for the lorelye spelling though - makes me think of a cleaning agent
Leyton - i really like this name BUT for a boy - i know a little boy named that so i automatically think boy for this name
Hadley - nms (for some reason this name always makes me think of the bad guy in blazing saddles)

Asher - LOVE this - that would suck if your friend used it though!
Declan - really love this too
Talan - not too bad
Nathan - cute
Sawyer - i don't care much for this one
Seven - i'm not a fan of number names - but if i had to pick one, seven would be the one i would choose
Keiran - i do like this name alot, but i always think of it as a girls name

Tegan -Boys name to me
Delaney - don't like
Monica - forever associated with, er, cigars in my mind It's a gorgeous name though!
Elizabeth - nice name, overused though. Love it as a mn
Ayley - don't like at all...
Lorelei - LOVE! Spell it this way though...the other way looks weird
Leyton - Don't like at all...sounds very masculine and made up
Hadley - Don't like

Boys:
Holden - don't like
Asher - LOVE! One of my favorite names
Declan - LOVE! Again, one of my favorites!
Talan - Don't like...think of the bratty kid from Laguna Beach
Nathan - OK, but I prefer Nathaniel
Sawyer - Too surnamish...don't like
Seven - Isn't this the name that George Costanza on Seinfeld wanted to name his son but it was stolen? Yes, very much pushing it. Breaking it actually...lol!
Keiran - Cute!

From your list I like Monica, Elizabeth and Lorelei for girls, And Asher, Declan and Keiran for boys.
If I had to pick one of each I would go with the combos
Monica Elizabeth and Asher Declan
