Hey Ashley,,, what gender is this for? They are both unisex names so I couldn't tell.
I think thats a great boy name, if you were thinking girl I would spell it Bailey Noelle. . .

Wow, I thought it was for a boy. Noelle would indicate girl, but since people won't encounter her MN as often as her FN, what about Noelle Bailey?

Bailey is ok, I don't like Noel. I prefer Noelle spelling for a girl, even though I don't like the name. I do think it sounds good together though.

I don't really care for Bailey because its so unisex, but its not horrible. Noelle is cute. They make a cute combo but its not my style.
