It's all right as a sister to Sofia ... I don't really think it goes but it doesn't clash.
For a male sibling to Fiona I would choose another "modern" Irish name. Contrary to popular belief, Fiona isn't an actual Irish Gaelic name. It's made-up to sound like a feminine version of Fionn. You can tell because in Gaelic you don't just stick -a on the end of a name and call it a girl (Briana is obviously made-up for the same reason). To stay within the same "group" of names (recently coined to sound Irish) I'd choose Brandon, Shane, Shawn, Kyle, etc.
