I really like the name Emelia prn EM-ee-lee-ah not Ah-mee-lee-ah or Uh-mee-lia. So my question is if you saw the name Emelia how would you pronouce it?!

I would pronounce Emelia like Amelia. For the pronunciation you want I would use Emilia

I would pronounce it "Eh-melia". That is one of my top two girls names. She could even have the nickname of Emmy.

I think that Emilia and Amelia are so close that it really wouldn't bother me how someone said it.

Emilia would probably be a better spelling for that pronounciation. But, maybe Emmelia? If you really want the 'e?' Then Emmy would definitely be a nickname!
