okay, well DBF and I were talking about names, and although i'm dead set on Brynleigh for a girl, he says no way. Only two names we could agree on were Kyla, and Ashlyn. He wants to spell Kyla- Kylia. i told them people will constantly call her Ky-lee-a. Any suggestions for a spelling other than Kyla? All i could come up with was Kylah. hmmm

Kyla is fine spelled this way. I don't like the spelling Kylia, people would mispronounce it alot. The only other spelling I can think of is Kila or Kaila, which both can be mispronounced. So, IMO, Kyla would be the best spelling.

I think Kyla is the nicest and most sophisticated spelling you could use. I love Brinley and am pulling for that though!

Im not the person to ask as I dont like alternate spellings, but I agree that Kyla would be the easiest spelling. Is there a reason he doesnt like that spelling? Good luck!!

I love the name Brynleigh/Brinley, but Kyla is cute too. I prefer the Kylah spelling. The only other ones I can think of that haven't been mentioned would maybe be...Kyela or Kyelah. Good luck!
