I personally wouldn't hyphenate so that if she just wanted to be Daisy in her adult life, she could. She could have the name Daisy May _____ and you could still call her Daisy-May. JMO. I think Daisy and May are both cute!

I like Daisy-May, and would also suggest the above posters idea of not hyphenating. I also think Daisy-Mae is cute!

I don't care for either name and don't like it hyphenated.

That's cute! I agree with the not hyphenating idea, just in case she doesn't like it when she's older. I am used to seeing it spelled MAE though ... that's just how most people here spell it. I think both are cute.

I think both are cute, but the combination may be "too" cute. I agree with the above poster when she said it may not age well.

I like it, but wouldn't hyphenate it either. I had a friend who was called Ally-Mae by all her friends and family and Mae wasn't even her middle name.

This name isn't my style at all, I dislike hyphens in names and I dislike both Daisy and May. This name screams a southern little girl at me.

I agree. If you love the name, my suggestion would be removing the hyphen.
