DH is set on Wyatt, although we had originally picked Cooper. He likes both. I like Cooper better, but am willing to agree with Wyatt. So....the boys' name is set.

EVERY girl name I like, except some that are more mainstream, DH does not like or will not agree to.
Here are some of those names:

Ayla (pronounced with a long a like in Layla)
Ellia
Helen (he has not disagreed or agreed on this one...yet)
Lucy (hasn't disagreed on this one, but I'm not sold on it yet....Lucille is our names mixed together, but I don't like Lucille, but think Lucy is cute)

He loves Claire, and although I love it, I think it's becoming EXTREMELY popular, especially if these boards are any inclination. He likes Erin but I want to spell it differently. No offense to all the Erin's on here (I know there are several) and I love the name, but I wanna make it stand out a bit, especially if we are gonna "revive" it.
He is more traditional on names, especially when it comes to spelling them.
I want something that is not so different that people think I'm crazy for it, but different enough that someone says "oh, I love that!" or "how unique" when I tell them our daughter's name (if it is a girl)

Lacey, Lacie, etc
Rya (Rye-ah) I do not like Mariah

I like girls names that end in the "LA" pronunciations..... but am picky.
HELP???

If you both love Claire, why not use it as a middle name? I've always thought it made a nicer middle name rather then a first name anyway lol.

Adella
Camilla
Bayla
Lola
Ella
Cyrilla

I think it's a beautiful name-and still might use it....would like to call a few daycares and do a poll. LOL

Suggestions
The ones I like below I have already suggested to DH and he doesn't like them...for instance, I LOVE Ella, but he doesn't. However, he likes Ellie....but I think it sounds just like a nn, not a full name. And I'm the kind of person that doesn't wanna give my children nn's unless it's something entirely opposite of their name.... like, honey, cutie, monkey, sugar, muffin, etc....

Isela
Neela
Orlaith (or-la)
Adella
Camilla
Bayla
Lola
Ella
Cyrilla
Christabella
Dalilah
Gabriella
Lila (Lila Claire is kind of cute)
Michaela/Micaila
Delia
Nicola[/b]

When we were trying to find another "e" name for our twins, I wanted Ella but hubby didn't like either. I also wanted Elaina and he said no to that (why are they so picky? lol) Go figure we name her Eliana and everyone calls her Elaina anyway lol
