I actually like it! But i wouldn't use it as it is too 'foreign' sounding for my taste.

I really like the name Nigel, but I also think you have to be British to be able to pull it off well.

Well here a nigel means someone who is left by themselves. like if your friends get up and walk off your left nigelated so its definetly not my style

I like it a lot, yes it is a bit of a British name but I love the way it sounds. I have known several Nigels in the U.S.
