is jaxton too close to my sons name ashton? i dont want any of my kids names to sound matchy matchy.

I think Jaxton is too close, yes... what about Jaxson (sounds like Jackson)? Jaxson is still a cool name, but isnt as matchy matchy with Ashton as Jaxton is.

IMO, yes they do sound too similar to use together.

I do agree with a pp that Jackson is not quite so matchy & think Jackson could work fine with Ashton.

i think i'm just going to use jax. thanks for all your help!!! the thing is i dont like jaxon. i love the way it is spelled but i dont like the name.
