Hi! I don't post much here, but since DH and I are still trying to narrow down our names for our surprise baby, I thought I'd post here and see what people think.

DH brought up the name Caelen. At first I thought he said Kaitlyn which is not my style. Then I realized what he was saying and now I'm torn between loving it and not liking it.

I'm just interested in what others think about the name. Thanks for the input!

I like it, I think that's partly because I worked with the cutest little girl named this!

Ahhh see, that's what I was worried about. We're thinking of using it for a boy name and actually DH found it in the boy's name section, but there is something about it that makes me think girl.

I guess it's coming out more like Kay-lin. I really appreciate everyone's input. I'm not too wild about it coming across as a unisex name because I don't want to be having to tell people over the phone and such that it's a boy, you know?
