Just curious what people think of the name Lakyn. Also, what is the best way to spell it?

I like it... I prefer it spelt LAKEN though. Is it for a boy or girl?

NMS. I think it looks awkward the way it is spelled.

I don't like the name. I think Landon would be a better choice.

Lakyn is growing on me but I doubt I'd ever use it. I prefer it on a girl.

yes I like it but I agree the spelling should be
Laken

So are you thinking nature names?
Laken Rain?
Laken Meadow?
Laken Storm
Laken Hail?

Wow I got on a roll sorry about that were you even asking about MN's.
I do like Laken though.

In my sister's inlaw's family, Larkin is a last name and someone used it for a first name for a girl, that's what I thought you were spelling at first glance.....

Lakyn is my 3 month old daughters name, so I LOVE it. I spelled it that way because we all have "y"'s in our names. I had never seen it spelled like that before. Honestly, I had never really seen it much at all. No offense, but I hope it doesn't get too popular, that's why I used it. I like different, not off the wall different, but not popular. It had been on my list for all 3 of my daughters and I finally used it on #3 (knowing it would be my last chance to). So, to answer your question, I obviously love the name, go for it!

I like it spelled Laiken for a girl. I had a student with that name 2 years ago.
