Hi everyone! I am new and my husband and I have a tough job ahead of us... naming TWIN BOYS! Ahhh ! So far we have this list

Wyatt*
Walker*
Carter
Jaxon*
Rilan
Colby
Chase
Jace/Jayse/Jase*
Chance
Parker
Ashton/Asher*
Devlin
and Mitchel*

*= ones we are really liking

We have a wide range of tastes, and this is our "short list". We were also wondering if maybe somehow you could combine 4 of the names into a set of first names and middle names? Our last name begins with an "M" if it matters. Any ideas? I will also take any new ideas for first or middle names... We also dont like rhyming names, but they can be a bit similar. THANKS!

I am due early December (December 6th), I will be lucky to make it to November 7th (36 weeks!)... My goal is November 7th, but I heard once you pass the 29th week mark, the babies have a good chance at survival! Thanks for the replies, I really like Carter & Ashton, Wyatt & Rilan and Walker & Jaxon... Hmmm, SO MANY CHOICES!! Keep the ideas rollin!

Congrads on your little ones! I have twin nephews and their names are Cory Lynk (not sure of spelling of mn, it is my sisters MIL family name) and Kirk Alan.

My sister was also due in December and was told to expect them in November, but she had complications and ended up having them 3 months premmie (born August 31st-yes today is their birthday they are somewhere around 7 now) They ended up staying in NICU until November and had lots of problems getting sick in their first 3-6 months. Cory has cerebal palsey and they think it is because his brother was pushing him against the wall of the uterus and affecting his movement and growth! They also had speech problems in the beginning, but seem to have conqured that problem. They are the sweetest little boys, specially Cory- he is a trooper (last time I visited them he required leg braces and a walker in order to walk, and crawled when he wasn't wearing them)!

Are you trying to go with the same sounds in the beginning of their names or anything like that? If that is the case, out of your choices, you could use Wyatt and Walker or Chase and Jace/Jayse/Jase.

I hope you have two healthy little boys with the least complications possible....hopefully none at all. I will keep you and your twins in my thoughts and prayers that you make it to November! Good Luck picking names....let us know if you need more help!

Christina
(sorry so long....I got carried away)

What about Ashton Riley and Asher Rilan. Maybe too much alike? I think you've got some great names picked out in that list. I also really like Walker and Wyatt.

I like Carter Jaxon and Chase Rilan (or a new name that starts with a J so initials are the same ) How about Chase Jordan?
I like Colby too (I asked my DH if he liked it..but he thinks it just sounds like the Colby Jack Cheese!! So much for men )
I really like Parker (on my list as well)
How about:
Parker Mitchel and Patton/Paton Michael (too close maybe?) I like Palmer, Paxton/Paxten, and Payton/Payten, Penn, Piper too.
I have a friend who named her twin boys Bennet and Bryce (adorable!!)
Other ideas:
Kabe Daniel and Kaden Zachery (or whatever mn you like)
Trenton Parker and Tanner Peyton
Macauley/McKauley (not sure on right spelling) and Macon (too weird for you?)
Maden/Madden Parker and Maddox (I like Maitland too, just might spell it Maitlen, but looks a little feminine mabye)
Lathe Wyatt and Benton Kade
Brenden Chase and Lane Jaxon
Others suggestons are: Blake, Blandon, Braden, Brant, Logan, Landon
