If we have a girl, she will probably be Alori (Alery) Faith Alexis C. My husband and I came up with this before we knew I was pregnant. My hesitation, though, is that I dont like Ally as a nickname. Do you think thats what she would end up being called?
I am peace, full of unconditional love. I am confident and in tune with the Divine, receptive to guidance.
At first most people will call her whatever you introduce her as. You'll be able to say "Call her Alori", "We call her Lori", "Everyone calls her Ally", "Her nickname is Ri", whatever you want. If someone calls her Ally just repeat what you introduced her as and I doubt anyone would persist.
But later on, she will be choosing. Maybe she'll stick with the nickname you pick, or insist on the full name, or she could pick Ally ... it will be up to her. If you absolutely can't stand the idea of her being called Ally, I wouldn't tempt fate. I don't know how big a problem that would be for you.
