If you had to name one of your children either YOUR name or your S/O's name, which would you choose?

I would choose my husbands name. As much as I think Melissa is a really pretty name, I wouldn't want to name my kids something that was really common back in the day (70's and 80's). Nolan has been around for awhile, but it was never very common and it still has a new, fresh sound to it.

Definitely DF's! I love his name anyway ... I'd like to use it for a middle name, but in the interest of fairness, I don't think it's right for one child to be named directly after a parent and the others not (and I wouldn't use my name, so it would only be one!).

I guess I'll never have a Damien ... ah well.

My name. Everyone knows me as Bec anyway, so it wouldn't be *that* strange having a daughter called Rebecca when nobody actually refers to me by my full name

probably DH, I like my name but it's not one I would pick for my baby.

If we're talking about our legal names, I'd have to say my husband's name (since his father and grandfather have the same name too, so it would be following tradition)... but I honestly don't like either of our legal names. They're both boring.

Now, with our religious names... that'd be a little more difficult. I love both of our religious names. I guess if I HAD to pick... again, I'd go with my husband's name. I love the name Gwyddion. (though I prefer it with one D)
