What do you think of this name for a boy? I really like the sound of it, and it's not overly used like Carson and Mason. I like the spelling Cason the best, but Kaysen would be kind of named after my FIL and I. (my mn, and my FIL's first name) But it looks a little weird, and maybe a little more girlie??

I really don't like Kaden/Caden/Kayden though, because it's WAYYY popular, and I have a cousin named Kaedon.

What do you think?

It's O.K. I prefer the spelling Cason to Kaysen. I do think it's kind of trendy- even if Cason/Kaysen isn't common a lot of similar names are, so it fits in with them. It might get confused with Carson, Mason, Chase, Caden/Kayden, etc.

I also think of caissons.

I like Cason. I might go with the spelling Casen, but I agree that Kaysen looks kind of feminine (y's always seem to do that IMO).

I think Cason is really cute! I would spell it Casen or Cason. Kaysen definitely looks girly to me!

I like it either way. I like the sound of it and I don't think 'K' names are girly. I like Kasen and Casen. Love the nn Case and Ase!
