Hmmm when I think of Hattie, I think of a little old lady. But it is a name that could grow on me.

It does kind of make me think of an old lady name. But I don't hate it.

It makes me think of Hattie May. Don't know who that is, but just that the middle name should be May. I think its cute though.

I think Hattie is a nickname for Harriet, yes? I'd vote to go for the full name and call her Hattie for short. Hattie seems like a cute little girl name but Harriet, a serious grown-up woman's name. JMO

I used to work for hospice and I took care of an old lady named Hattie. I love the name though, it's jsut when I hear it I think of an older lady. However it is your child and I think you should name her whatever you want, no matter what anyone else thinks!

I think it's adorable as a nickname for Harriet.

I don't think "old lady" at all.

It's a beautiful name but it is old. My grandmother is almost 80 and that's her name.

i think it is sort of cute but at the same time it seems weird to call a toddler hattie. it is more of an older name.
