Okay I like common names that people can pronounce easily, not get butchered, but that aren't popular to the extent that there will be a bunch with the same name at the same time. I like trendy names but they tend to date the child, like you can tell about the time they were born by the popularity of the name. Like the year I was born I think Jennifer was number 1! I also want it to be a good name that works for a baby/child but also transitions well into adulthood!!!
I love Sara/Sarah, but fear it is to popular, what are some other timeless/classic names?
Gabrielle (never could sell DH on)
Olivia -thought was getting really popular
Jessica -again had on list and love but really popular
Jordan - love thought of but good friends nephew died in a fire was named Jordan
Bethany (DH no go)
Emily- Again love, thought of, but thought really popular
Isabel-Really like but DH is no sell
Natalie (thought about this one, may have to run by DH)
Zoe- Thought of, may have to reconsider
Quinn -really like but thought was more for a boy
My Mom and and Neice are Rebecca and Rebekah (Bekah) Elisabeth and sister is Gwendolyn, so those are out.
My grandmother was Stella, but sounds to old to me.
Had dogs named Lucy and Samantha (Loved Samantha and thought of but didn't want the child to think was named after a dog. LOL)
