make sense to you? Do the names sound good together? It bothers me when I hear a sibset and one name just REALLY sticks out. Any opinions are appreciated. TIA.

Avenley James
Callie Jean
Blaise Jacob
Hayden _____

or

Avenley Jean
Callie Jo
Blaise Jacob
Hayden James

Other names that we *might* consider in place of Callie are Abbie or Marley

I think they all flow together nicely. The only thing that stands out to me is that both girls name end in the same sound-- "Lee".

I prefer this one:
Avenley Jean
Callie Jo
Blaise Jacob
Hayden James

Calla is a very pretty alternative to Callie. (Cal-uh) You can still call her Callie, but she'll have a formal name to use also. I would prefer the original Avonlea spelling, since it is a literary name, but it is your kid and not mine.

Avonlea Jean, Calla Jo(an, anna, anne, elle, etc), Blaise Jacob, and Hayden James are good together.

I think they sound nice. But I agree with Melissa, I just hear the "lee" at the end. Not that theres anything wrong with that. Just pointing out.

I totally agree.

I like the second set of names listed better as well.

Thanks ladies....I too notice the "lee" at the end and have tried to stay away but the only alternative that DH will actually consider is Abbie....which is too close (IMO) to Avenley. On another note, I am realllly starting to like the name Emery. I kind of like the spelling Emmarie but can't decide if it's a little too much. I'm not one for really strange spelling, but Emma-rie kind of makes sense to me. Anyways, it's a possibility that may replace Callie.
