In Hebrew we'd say f.. rye.. eem with empasis on second syllable. Is it different in English?

Kind of the same but definitely different. I've heard ***-rem or ***-rame. Accent on the first syllable.

I like the Ephraim spelling. I say it "***-rum".

E-frame, Ef-rum, and Eef-ram are all ways that I"ve heard it
