DH's absolute favorite names are Dante and Clementine. I don't know how he ended up with those two together, but that's what he likes! So I put them in Nymbler and this is what I got ... the legitimate actual names, anyway. It suggested quite a few non-options based on Dante!

Deon
Anatole
Demetrius
Quentin
Elisha
Emile
Clarence
Leonardo
Claude

Rosa
Beatrice
Madeleine
Julianne
Francesca
Cecile
Antoinette
Adrienne
Estelle

Clarence was actually his grandfather's name, but I'm not a huge fan. Leonardo I've considered. Claude maybe as a middle name. Beatrice is on my list but it won't work with Dante as a brother! He likes Madeleine but it's too popular, plus he's dyslexic and has trouble spelling it. I would consider Francesca if he liked it. Cecile is too close to a cousin, Cecily.

I expected it to suggest more Old South-type names, based on Clementine, but as you can see I got mostly French and Italian.

What if he gets to use Dante for a boy and if the baby is a girl you get to choose?

Quentin
Elisha
Clarence
Leonardo
Claude

Madeleine
Julianne
Cecile
Antoinette

The one I am really thinking about now is Leonardo. I'm not sure if it's too "Ninja Turtle", though!

I really like Cecile too, but it's just too close to Cecily. It might work as a middle name.

If he likes Clementine, perhaps he would dig something like Jessamine

Leonardo doesn't make me think of Ninja Turtles, I think of Leonardo DiCaprio...
