I pronounce them differently, and I like Adeline better.

I'd pronounce them 'Add-a-len' and 'Add-a-line'.

I'd pronounce Adeline like Add-uh-LINE and Adelyn like Add-uh-LYN. I prefer Adelyn.

Yeah i pronounce them differently.

Adelyn (Ad-uh-lyn)
Adeline (Ad-uh-line)

I much prefer Adeline. I think the names that end in Line sound much more classy than the Lyn endings. Same goes for Madelyn/Madeline.

I pronounce them differently and prefer Adeline.

Adelyn= Ad-uh-lyn
Adeline= Ad-uh-leen

I am surprised at how most people pronounce Adeline. I always thought it was Adel-een.

I say them:

Adelyn: add-uh-lin
Adeline: add-uh-line

I agree with Katherine Sarah. Adeline sounds SOOO much classier than Adelyn. Same with Madelyn/Madeline.

Never the same. Adelyn has the popular lin sound. I think it looks slightly less sophisticated.
Adeline is really pretty and I could see it said with lin/line/leen.

I agree with the Madelyn/Madeline thing.

I love Madeline (Mad-uh-line) and Madeleine (Mad-uh-leen). So, I prefer Adeline (Ad-uh-line). Adeline (Ad-uh-leen) is the French spelling/pronunciation, which is nice too.
