Ok I am one for spelling the name the traditional way. I am not a fan on injecting Y's into names to make it different. I am not sure about how Brayden and Hayden are traditionaly spelled but if it isn't I would use that. Also I would use Charles instead of Charlie and just call him Charlie for short. Charlie is kiddie to me and I would prefer as an adult to be called Charles. What is put on a job application is very important and a lot of people have lost site of the child's future.

I would change the spelling of Hayley to a different one with no Y's, or just eliminate the name its too babyish. I would also change Cathryn to a more traditional spelling. Maybe Catherine or Katherine. I say no to Emma, Brianna and Ella, they are too much of s baby names for me. Ava I say no to it sounds like a word in Hebrew that means father, it is what I called my father. Also I love Elisabeth is your pronounce it EliSAbeth and not Elizatbeth. Again change the spelling of Sydney to Sidney.
