What do you feel like your biggest challenge is living with a disability or chronic illness every day?

Staying positive and motivated. When every move you make hurts it makes it hard to want to move. But I do it anyway and it does get easier but it still sucks. Sometimes I just want to crawl into a hole and disappear.

I'm a pretty patient person to begin with but there are some days that I feel like I'm either going to blow up or run away.

My hands are hurting, the recyling keeps falling over, the cats keep scratching, I can't lift something, my daughter is needy and I think, you know, I wish I were just normal.

I think physically keeping up with my family is really hard too. After a big day I'm often exhausted.

I often think keeping up is too hard. We went camping this weekend. I am on lifting restrictions and Sean had to do all the lifting. I was only able to carry stuff like the sleeping bags and pillow. He had to carry the cooler, gear box and food box. But we did have a good time. And welcome to the board.
