I have always had mostly clear skin until now. Seems like ever since I stopped taking birth control, which was a year ago, I have really bad acne. I get it on my face, but not near as bad as my back. I've never experienced anything like it before. It is driving me crazy! It seems to get worse during the time I think I am ovulating and right before a period. I have not seen a dermatologist, because sometimes it gets better, but never clears up completly. I wonder if it is just hormones or possibly the prenatal vitamins. This is the first time in my life I have ever had such a bad case of acne. I am not using any different products either. I hope it stops before summer!!!

My friend suffers from recurring back acne. I remember her telling me about a certain product that works. I'll ask her and let you know. This is also a good article on back spots. Hope it helps.

Thank you Mirabelle for the article. Please do find out about the name of that product.
