AsI'm still breastfeeding, I continue to take a prenatal vitamin everyday. I also try to work out at least 3 times a week. We are vegetarians so we tend to eat a lot of fruits and veggies too. I still don't feel as healthy as I know I could be thogh.

What do you do to stay healthy?

Maybe you are a bit nervous, try to distract yourself from worrying about this, go out for a work with your hubby everyday, and talk some interesting topics might help you feel happy and relaxed.

To stay healthy, I eat low fat from all food groups. For proteins, I do a lot of beans and nuts and some low fat meats. For grains, I go whole wheat and avoid the white stuff. I try to make sure I get a healthy balance of nutrients so I have all the fuel my body needs. I eat a variety of fruits and veggies so that I get all my vitamins and minerals. I don't set anything as off limits because that is just setting me up to crave it. But when I eat something not so healthy, I limit my intake to one portion per day. I exercise 3-5 times a week on average, although I aim for 6. I also make sure to get in lots of walking as part of my daily activity not counting exercise. I also try to get plenty of rest because the body heals when it is at rest, so that helps negate any ill effects of what I do that's not so healthy.

I take a multi-vitamin twice a day, get lots of sleep, TRY to get some exercise daily (this is where I struggle).

I eat a balanced diet with as little processed food as possible.

I also have begun switching all my my "beauty" products to natural alternatives. I am really trying to get away from toxic chemicals as much as i can!

I try to eat a balanced diet and prepare meals from scratch as much as I can. I also use NFP to avoid the harmful effects of hormonal contraception.

I used to eat healthy diet with swimming on regular basis.I think swimming is the best weapon for me to be fit and fine.I used to do swimming for half an hour daily.Swimming is perfect for those people who have a hard time carrying out weight-bearing, land-based physical activities. This is because your weight in water is about 1/10 of your weight on land.Also Swimming minimizes the risk of injuries from physical activity. So, you can easily try out the delightful exercise and enjoy the health fitness benefits it offers, without any attached risk.
