I have suffered from terrible periods ever since I can remember. When I first got my Diva Cup a few months ago the only issue I had with it was OVERFLOW. So I made my own tincture containing Lemon Balm, Black Cohosh, Nettle, Chamomile, Shepard's Purse, Cramp Bark & Marshmallow Root. I tried it for the first time last month and it was a HUGE success. Instead of emptying my cup 5 or more times a day it went down to two MAX. The cramps have almost completely gone away. It also shortened my period from 7-8 days to 5.

I was wondering if any of you has had similar results with tinctures. Has it changed your cycle length at all? Any bad reactions?

I started taking the tincture a few days before I was supposed to start this time since it is supposed to help even more. My cycles is pretty much always 24 days but I am now on 26 with no AF. It makes me a little nervous and am not sure if the tincture is helping to regulate me or if I had a oopsie! I'm going to stop with my daily doses just in case its the latter.

Thanks in advance ladies!
