After having my 2nd child now two weeks post partum I am positive I have a prolapsed uterus, I can feel/see the cervix at the end of my vagina (TMI-sorry!). So now I am freaking out. Don't know if I should call my doctor now or wait until 6wk check. I feel very uncomfortable: pressure when sitting, pelvic pain, etc.
Will I be able to have more children? Anyone have knowledge of this? Thanks. Hope to get some replies, it is always nice to hear from others......

After i had my first child i ended up having my uterus, bladder and intestine prolapse. The worst was my intestine so they fixed that prolapse first and now the other 2 arn't bothering me. It was fixed through surgery. I had another child but had a c-section so that i wasnt pushing down there because of the risk of another prolapse. I am pregnant with #3 and will be having to have another C-section for the same reason. I would call the doctor ASAP if you think you have one, they are nothing fun to experience and you don't want it to get worse! Get it checked out. I know how uncomfortable it is! If you have any questions or want to talk feel free to PM me. Ive been there. It is rare for it to happen young but mine occurred when i was 18.
