Do you have a chronic condition?
Require medication on a regular basis?

I started taking synthroid a week ago for hypothyroidism. I was being tested for my recurrent miscarriages and this is the only thing the RE found off so I'm taking my meds.

I have hypothyroidism too (caused by Hashimoto's Syndrome). The Hashis also caused my chronic urticaria.

HI Lisa! I'm sorry you have hypo too..
I noticed in your siggy that you had RPL. I have had two losses in the past year.. If you don't mind, can you let me know whether your doctors linked your losses to hypothyroidism, and did they give you any treatment related to that to help you keep your subsequent pregnancies?
Thanks!

I have epilepsy... urrrrr that's chronic isn't it? I always get confused about what chronic means LOL... I have nocturnal grand-mal epilepsy, meaning I have grand-mal seizures - but only ever in my sleep. I have been medicated since 1997 - minus a couple of years when I was 'seizure free' - then I had Gaby & 4 months after she was born, back came the seizures! I managed about 6 months off the meds when we were TTC & I was pregnant with Emersyn ,but at 16 weeks I had a seizure, so was back on the meds & under the care of a high risk ob

I'm a Celiac... no gluten allowed! Also have asthma but rarely ever need an inhaler. Arthritis is another thing I deal with, they found out during my spinal for my last c-section that my back is bad with it.

Hi I'm new to this board but not JM, anyway, I also have PCOS (which was just diagnosed a week ago) and then today found out I'm also diabetic. As of right now I am not on meds but my doctor's appointment is Friday with the GP so will start on something I'm sure for the diabetes and then will be back to my OB on what to do with the PCOS.

Fibromyalgia, and I take nothing because most doctors in our area refuse to recognize it as real disease. So...
I have not even whined once about during my pregnancy, with the exception that I've developed migraines that are... honestly indescribable. Again, not taking anything because I'm getting shuffled doctor to doctor. Story of my life.
