Hi! I haven't smoked in a week!! I'm actually ok with it so far..sometimes i get urges..not strong ones though, i just think about something else..i never thought this could be done but i'm doing it!

I'm still smoking, I planned on buying patches last weekend, and my sink tore up in the kitchen so the money for the patches went for that.. Thats how the devil works!
