What specifically are you asking? I ate whatever I wanted for the most part, but my diet was overall healthy, I took an extra multi-vitamin and therefore I was receiving all of the nutrients I should be getting. I wouldn't recommend dieting while pregnant (ie trying to lose weight). You will need to eat a well rounded diet as best you can, but if you have specific questions you need to see your personal OB/GYN who is treating you, your baby, and your pregnancy.
