A Brief Overview Of The Health Benefits Of Raw Milk

Tastes the same without all those horrible antibiotics, puss and other in it!!

Also, very good for Curing Tooth Decay. Good book. I'm not on par 100% with what they recommend but it has a lot of good information in it!

I picked some up about a months or so ago from the farmers market and it made me more lactose intolerant than regular milk even tho the vendor said it would not. Tasted the same to me though.

I do raw milk. In ND you have to own the cow to legally drink it so we have cow shares on 2 cows. I love it.
If you ever research homogenization, you would never drink processed dairy again.

I drink it in the summer time, when quality of the feed is on the highest level. But not everyone is able to digest it normally, it depends on genetics, I believe. For some people, living yogurts can be a better option.
