I recently traveled about 6 hours from NY to ME for Thanksgiving, Wednesday night I believe. Of course this can easily get uncomfortable, pregnant or not; I was uncomfortable and fidgety within the first hour! Anyway, the past week I've been sitting a lot, because of the traveling, and a family member's in the hospital and I've been catching up on some reading and sitting by her bedside with her. I try to take the occasional walk to stretch my legs, then when I come home I sit a lot too just passing time on the computer, video games, reading, whatever. Needless to say, I've been sitting a lot. It's caused a pretty strong pain in my legs, lower back, hips and especially my whole pelvic area. However, when I try to walk around and stand for even a short period of time to take some pressure off of my lower body, my feet start to hurt and cramp a bit, and my whole back starts to hurt so I have to sit yet again. It's like my body's telling me I've done enough sitting, but when I try to stand it's telling me no it cant handle that. It's really driving me crazy, I'm in pain no matter what I do. My doc prescribed me acetaminophen and I try to take one when I really need it (I'm allowed one to two every four hours but I'm a bit paranoid two would be overdoing it and I only take one lol) but it doesnt do anything at all. I have a heating pad and the pain only goes away when I use it, but not completely. I'm so tired of being hurt, whether I stand or sit I'm so uncomfortable what should I do for it? :/
