I am Alana. I am new to this board but been around justmommies for a few years. I have no living children but I have had miscarriages and chemical pregnancies over the years.
I suffer from anorexia and live a brutal daily life struggling to eat and gain weight to be healthy. I also have slight depression and major anxiety and am on medication for it. I am scared I will never have a normal life. (Im crying as I type this)...any advice is appreciated.
I just moved to a whole new place far from my family to live life with my boyfriend. I am struggling to get a job and know nobody here. I need friends but have trouble making them. Right now I cry a ton from lonliness and spend many days alone due to my boyfriend working.
Today I got my first period since i went off bc in december and im miserable. The cramps are instense, the headache and nausea is killer and im so emotional im crying like heck again. Any suggestions to easy symptoms?

Hi Alana, I'm so sorry to hear about what a struggle you have had lately. Have you considered talking to your doctor or a therapist about all this? Sometimes just having someone to listen and help you sort things out in your head can really help. First periods after coming off BC are miserable. I hope you are doing some things to take care of yourself like taking a hot bath or shower, using a heating pad, taking pain medicine, etc. Be gentle with yourself! Everything will be okay.
