Well I'm back with answers. I have pyriformus Syndrome and some sort of Sciatica Disfuction (can't read the writing) I start physical therapy in the morning and am on Magnesium oxide and voltaren or something like that. I also have bursitis on the outside of each hip and that's been causing a lot of pain when I am laying on my side trying to sleep. He said if it gets worse to call him and they'll inject a steroid into the bursas and that would help. Otherwise do the physical therapy weekly and see him in a month.
