I bought those Benefiber Chewable Tablets today and it says no water required, now this is probly a very stupid question and i know that the "no water required" mean si dont need water to take the fiber, but how much water should i be drinking a day while taking these?

I had to take fiber supplements during pregnancy and was told to get 64-80 oz of water per day.
