I ran across this the other day and thought to post it on this board. I think it is wonderful that you all are trying to kick a very hard habit. This is especially for those of you who are trying to quit before getting pregnant, or while pregnant. Please remember that the risk for your child if you smoke during pregnancy is not over when they are born. The effects can reach well into the future.
