Drink more water! Even being slightly dehydrated can make you feel tired. Don't like water? Try eating fruits and veggies like watermelon and cucumbers. They're loaded with water and have energizing nutrients!
Have sex! That triggers production of chemicals in your body that increases mental clarity and boosts energy. And it's fun, too!
