Well they scheduled an EMG. However he said there were no 'abnormal spots' on my MRI when the tech said their was and showed them to me. So since our Walmart benefits kick in in January I'll be hunting for a new neurologist. This guy keeps telling me it has to do with my anxiety disorders? OH yeah RIGHT!! Stupid <BLEEP!> My anxiety disorders are causing numbness, pain, and pins and needles in my legs and arms. He told me 'if your leg gets weak call me' Hello you <bleepity bleep bleep bleep>!! I sat there in the office and told him my left leg has been weak. It's why I've been falling down!!!!
Anyway that's the update, not anything really good, I've got an EMG scheduled and that's about it. OH and he is calling in a prescription for a medication to help take away the feeling of pins and needles and the sharp pains.
Oh and you wanna know how dumb this guy is. He decided to point out AGAIN today that my back is slightly crooked!!! LMAO!! WHAT a JERK! DUH!!! He's looked at my back and seen the surgery scars!! So I'm looking up movement specialists in the area (well withing 3 hours from us) in hopes to find someone NOT crazy!!!
Sorry for the rant, Dori and I were both REALLY ticked when I imed her about all this.
Sorry I am just getting to this. That sounds like a total pain! We have the same luck when Matt goes to the neurologist, most of them are jerks. I hope you can find a better doc, and get some real answers soon.
