Understand that the right to choose your own path is a sacred privilege. Use it. Dwell in possiblity.

Oprah Winfrey

When was the last time you chose a path or made a decision because you felt pressured to do so by somebody else? Would you do something different if you had to do it over again?

I felt pressured into leaving a department at work because of other people's behaviour, but I have since discovered for sure I made the right choice.

actually pressured into doing something, IDK, it's been a long time! I'm pretty rebellious when it comes to that. Part of the reason Kaiden now has a new pedi!

Oh Anne, I am really glad to hear that - I was just thinking about Kaiden this morning and wondering whether you had decided to go with someone who listened to you and understood little Kaiden more. I'm so glad you did! x

Yeah, I have been pressured to do things I normally would not have. But now when someone tries to pressure me, I dig my heels in and just don't do it. Or we come to a compromise.

I'm glad about that too Anne!

The last time I felt pressured into anything was when I was with Mike. The more I think about it, the more I realise I was pretty much just forced to fit in around his (crap, boring) routine and goodness only knows why I did it! Looking back on it I think it was more infatuation than love. Having experienced both beforehand I should have known better but I suppose this is what happens when you're severely on the rebound.
