I totally ripped off Misty's idea as I was so in awe of hers last year. As my mum had red, gold and green decorations and I had blue, purple, pink and silver, I've made it into a rainbow, with silver at the top as well!
(sorry about the poor quality pics, I only have my phone camera atm since Shaun's been using my camera for ebaying)
As some of you know we've had our issues this year and a tree was pretty much gonna be non-existant but thx to the housing program we are a part of they brought us a donated tree. Apparently a mall had several hiding in their storage unit(already decorated)and decided to give them to needy families so we were blessed to get one.
Its a really nice one and we got a big one this year. Last year our tree was small.
~My thanks to *Kiliki* for the siggy and Lucy S for the blinkies~
So far I am going for the minimalist look.... I put the tree up last night but I got too tired to put the lights, tinsel or any decorations on it so there is a huge, bare tree in the corner of the lounge right now
Tonight is decorating time... and I am making a festive scary toilet roll to go on the top
